Conference Center

Located on the 2nd floor, the Conference Center is available for use by all building tenants. Each room is equipped with wireless internet and there is a kitchenette available for any prep or catering set up. Kitchen/Pantry includes: refrigerator, dishwasher, ice machine, and sink. Please note you cannot reserve the kitchen and may need to share. Additionally, items may not be left overnight and management staff will not sign catering deliveries.  
The charges will be included on your monthly rent statement. Included in the rate are set-up and clean- up as well as phone calls and internet usage. When making a reservation, please specify how you would like the room set up and how many people you are expecting. Note: international calls are not authorized unless approved in advance.
Please note that we require 48 hours’ notice to cancel without penalty. Cancellation under 48 hours will require payment of 50% room rate per room per day.

  • Capacity of 50 people when set up in auditorium style.
  • Includes: use of ceiling mounted 113” diagonal projector with control panel, video/audio connection for Laptop, and a podium with microphone
    • One table in the back of the room to accommodate catering
Grant Park: Board Room
  • Capacity of 12 people (cannot be set up differently)
  • Includes: use of flat panel 46” TV with cable, video/audio connection for laptop, and teleconferencing
    • One table on the side of the room to accommodate catering
Navy Pier: Training Room
  • Capacity of 16 people (when set up with 8 tables and 16 chairs)
  • Includes: dry erase wall for notes or using your projector
For catering from Au Bon Pain located on Lower Level B: (800) 765-4227 or the caterer of your choice. The Office of the Building will not sign for any food deliveries.
